Join Josh and the team from SnowSports Unlimited for a weekend camp at the best-kept secret in the Okanagan, Apex Mountain Resort!

The “front-side” of the mountain offers long cruisers and wide open glades, for those runs to give the legs a break before charging back into the steeps. Apex is the only mountain in the Okanagan facing north-west so the snow is always awesome! The Apex Camp is for strong skiers and riders that are looking to prepare for the CSIA and CASI Level 3 courses or are already at that level and want to take their skiing and riding up a notch. Spaces are limited and group sizes are small.

What’s included?

The bottom line is FUN! But, we also want to make sure that you get what you’re looking for from your weekend on snow. On the Saturday afternoon of the camp, we’ll view the video from the day and also host an apres-ski function.

Camp Schedule

The itinerary is based on you. Your goals, your objectives, and your focus. We send out a pre-camp questionnaire to make sure we understand what your expectations are and we do our level best to exceed them. Tell us what you want and we’ll do our best to make that happen. In terms of timing, each day is 6 hours on snow starting at 9 AM next to the Gunbarrel Saloon. We ski the morning and shoot some video to have a look at during a short coffee break. We normally break for lunch at around noon and then head back out on snow for the afternoon. We wrap up the day shortly after 3 PM by viewing the video from the afternoon session.

Getting To Apex Mountain

Apex Mountain Resort is located 34 km southwest of the town of Penticton. It’s an easy drive on Hwy 97 from Kelowna and also close by to the Penticton Airport.
